Nees Morfes Gallery was established in 1959.

It was the time that the abstraction was determining the course of contemporary art in Greece; all our activities were focused on supporting that movement. Then, our course was defined by the new tendencies, which have led to the multiformity of art that characterizes our days.

An organization that promotes art in the making - which we believe is the object of an art gallery - requires a wide range of activities, such as:

Solo exhibitions in our space, as well as in other exhibition centers.
Educational exhibitions, in collaboration with art theorists, covering a wide range of aesthetic propositions of contemporary Greek art.
Art publications.
Lectures.

Nees Morfes Gallery represents established artists, as well as younger ones that have a dynamic presence.
